This project was a commercial restaurant tenant improvement for a new high-end eatery in Paso Robles, CA. The building was an empty shell with just open wood studs when we started The scope included all new underground waste and vents, new slab on grade, frame new walls, new kitchen Type I hood for cook line, new walk-in cooler and new office dry goods storage, We install all new MEP systems and fire sprinklers. We constructed their custom bar, back bar, and installed all kitchen equipment.
