is new case goods wine storage building is currently under construction.  We have self-performed all the pad grading of the site by cutting into the hillside almost 12’ and leveling a site to build the new landmark facility.  The work includes new interior finishes, HVAC, plumbing for a commercial kitchen and bathrooms, electrical throughout, new patios, and exterior finishes.
