this new 3-story wood framed building includes 11 new 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments.  The ground floor units are ADA adaptable.  We are constructing new on-site bio-retention basins, parking lots, trash enclosure and all off-site improvements.  The building will ultimately have the look an original Danish structure.
