Columbia Builders took over the 8-townhome project after all the site development and foundation work was completed.  We rough framed the 3-story structures, installed the steel supports, and completed all new MEP and finishes through-out.  We provided all new appliances for all units.  We complete all unfinished sitework and off-site work in compliance with the County jurisdictions.
