The Old Mill House was a restoration project of a historic home in Solvang, CA. Although the original, almost 100 year-old home was in very bad shape, the new home maintains it’s original foot print and building shape with a more modern style. This home features board and batten siding, dormers, a Danish play room, a new pool with a fire pit and outdoor kitchen area, fireplace, hobby vineyards, high-end finishes, two-story wood framed structure, and a two-car garage.
