We constructed this new ground-up 8 apartments from a vacant lot that had never been built on before.  Therefore we needed all new utility services including new sewer, water, fire water, gas, electrical, and CATV/ Telephone for the building.  This is a new 2-story wood framed building with a Santa Barbara style finish - white smooth stucco and red clay roof.
