Quiky Car Wash - Paso Robles
Construction of a new carwash facility and restaurant lease space. The carwash is approximately 3000 square feet with a 100 foot conveyor tunnel, reclaimed water system, mechanical room, and new kiosk. All site work and grading was performed by Columbia Builders including grading building pads, drive aisles, curbs and gutter, retaining walls, site fencing, and off-site improvements.
The front building is an approximate 2500 square feet open shell space ready for a new restaurant tenant.
